3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@magnivie.store.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Magnivie™ is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
