Return & Refund Policy

At Magnivie™, we strive to provide premium-quality beauty products that elevate your look and confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or order confirmation number is required.

  • Items must be returned with all original components, including lash cases and applicators, if provided.

2. Items Eligible for Return

  • Regular-priced items: Eligible for return and full refund.

  • Sale or discounted items: Eligible for return and full refund under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened eyelash products

  • Products that show signs of wear or tampering

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

We do not accept returns for bulk or wholesale orders, unless the items are defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us at support@magnivie.store within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is inspected.

5. Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid return label via email once your return request is approved.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

8. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at support@magnivie.store with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Any supporting photos (if applicable)

We will guide you through the next steps and issue a prepaid return label if eligible.
